I can see why this show was ignored for Rockin' the Cradle
Shame the music is pretty good because whoever was running the boards here totally fucked the vocal mix. There's seriously like no Bob at all in the 1st
...
set and barely any in the 2nd (still can hear "Comin' around, y'all" in the Other One and I'm grateful for that) and not much more of Jerry. That on top of the fact that while they sound okay, they do sound like they're just getting their bearings throughout the night, I don't see this one being too memorable.

The BEST Scarlet>Fire EVER~!
I suppose the band could only catch this jingle-Jerry-jangle reversed funk sounding Scarlet>Fire out in the Deserts of Egypt, cause this veteran of
...
500 shows ain't heard nothin' like it out of all the other outstanding Scarlet>Fires they played in the States! This gets 5 stars just for the beautiful insanity of the Scar>Fire that erupted out of Jer and friends alone! Better than the Barton Hall 5-8-77 Scarlet>Fire, I shit ya not- and that's coming from somebody who lives in Mythica New York less than a mile from Barton Hall! Git your funk-a-spizzled-spackled-Jerry thump beatz on and d/load it to hear for yourself!!!

PLEASE HELP
I need these Egypt shows on CD, and infortunately we are getting stung by the good ole "commercially released" nonsense. O fcourse these shopws have not
...
been comnmercially released, only a handful of songs from the 15th wa son from the cradle and to my knowlege none of the 14th was on that disc. WE DONT WANT COMMERCIAL RELEASES THAT ARE NOT FULL SHOWS! And when the whole show is not released, like 9/14/78, it must be left available for streaming! Please!
Kusheo, I almost made this show, missing it was something i've always regretted. wow! hearing it tonight was exciting. I think they get a rthym groove

going that flows like the Nile river. The sound quality is O.K considering everything. i'm surprised at the songs, they played a solid set. The tars and drums are wonderful. Remembering this show was played at a time when peaceful feelings were in the air.
